NPL 2025 - DAY 0
The day before the run
Lindesnes: The (not so) calm before the storm
The night before a project like this, you’d think we’d sleep. We didn’t. Not even close.
Instead of resting before heading into the wild for two months, we stayed up. Petr was editing until morning — cutting together videos for our new @norgepalangstrail profile, the one dedicated to this evolving trail, this vision, this madness. Because honestly, when your head is full of everything that needs to happen, and all the things you still wish you had time to do… sleeping just doesn’t come easy.
And somehow, that feels fitting.
Because this run is not just a run. It’s a mission. And a mess. And a dream we’ve carried for years.
—
We’re here. Lindesnes. The southern tip of Norway.
After months—actually, years—of planning, scouting, training, pitching, packing, fixing the van, tweaking the gear, and trying to hold it all together… it’s finally time.
Tomorrow morning, we take the first steps north, toward Nordkapp, the northernmost point of mainland Europe.
But this isn’t just about reaching Nordkapp. This is Run Norge på langs 2025.A full wilderness crossing of Norway. No shortcuts. No asphalt. Just raw nature.
We’ll follow our own trail through mountains, swamps, rivers, forests, glaciers, and valleys — all the way north. Some sections will be jaw-droppingly beautiful. Some will absolutely suck. And some might break us just enough to rebuild us stronger.
We’ve done this once before — in 2022. But this time, we’re going faster, lighter, and deeper into the wild. The route is different. The pace is brutal. The terrain is unforgiving. But the goal is clear: push our limits, document the journey, and shape the future of this trail.
We’ll be posting daily updates, videos, behind-the-scenes chaos.Stina will be out there with the van, with food, gear, hugs, and the voice of reason.Čenda might join in for a few heroic kilometers when the terrain allows. And you — yeah, you — you’re invited to follow along. Cheer. Share. Be part of it.
Because this isn’t just about one long run.
It’s about creating something lasting.A new trail. A new way to experience Norway.A new kind of adventure.
So yeah, we didn’t sleep. But we said what we needed to say. And we’re ready.
Tomorrow, we go.
Let’s do this.
